LG Aircond Installation Quote Checklist for Condos
An aircond quotation should describe the work in your home. Agree on access, service routes and additional charges before booking installation.

Two quotations for the same LG air conditioner can cover different installation work. Compare the proposed job as well as the model price before booking an installer for your condo.
Prepare photos of the indoor location, outdoor ledge and existing service routes. Include building-management rules so the quotation can account for access and approved working hours.
Name both units in the proposal
Confirm the indoor and outdoor model combination and what the package supplies. Ask the installer to identify the installation requirements for that exact set.
LG's S3-Q12JARPA listing, for example, gives separate indoor and outdoor unit dimensions. That distinction is useful when assessing both locations. LG Malaysia S3-Q12JARPA specification
Body dimensions are a starting point. Access for installation and future service needs its own assessment.
Agree on the routes before work begins
Ask the installer to show the proposed route for refrigerant piping, drainage and electrical services. Discuss visible trunking and where the route passes through walls.
Request the included lengths and the method for charging additional materials. If replacing an appliance, ask which existing parts can be reused after assessment and which need replacement.
Have the drainage arrangement explained in the context of your building. The installer should assess the route rather than relying on a general promise that every position can be connected in the same way.
Confirm outdoor access and building permissions
Find out whether the outdoor location is accessible from within the unit or needs another access arrangement. Send photos while the quote is being prepared.
Ask building management about installation bookings, contractor registration and any restrictions on external work. Give the installer the relevant requirements before confirming the appointment.
Agree on who arranges approvals and access. If specialist access work is needed, have its scope and cost identified before installation day.
Check electrical work and finishing separately
Show the installer the existing electrical arrangement and ask whether further assessment by a qualified electrician is required. Confirm any new electrical work in the scope.
Discuss wall penetrations, sealing and the agreed finish around visible routes. Ask what happens to the old unit and whether removal is included. Keeping these items explicit reduces uncertainty when comparing proposals.
Ask what handover includes
Request a demonstration of normal operation and the care tasks described in the model instructions. Ask how to report a fault or installation concern and which contact handles each issue.
Keep the model details, installation invoice and care information together. They are useful when arranging later service or discussing a move.
