Forms and WhatsApp
When you save an enquiry, we store the product, package preference, message, page and date, along with any name and phone number you choose to provide. The site owner uses these records to respond and follow up. The CRM is restricted to the owner. You then choose whether to send your message in WhatsApp; WhatsApp’s own privacy terms apply there. When our WhatsApp receiver is connected, incoming messages associated with your website enquiry are copied to our private CRM for follow-up. Unrelated chats, groups and status posts are excluded. Please avoid including sensitive information.
Preferences in your browser
Your comparison selection is stored locally in your browser. Use “Clear” in the comparison bar to remove it. On www.lg-puricare.com.my, optional Google Analytics measures page visits, model views, package selections, saved enquiries and WhatsApp clicks after you allow analytics. Names, phone numbers, enquiry references and message content are not included in our analytics events. Optional Google Ads measurement records the final click to open WhatsApp, using cookies and ad click identifiers, only when you choose “Allow measurement”. This is separate from allowing analytics alone. Page URLs exclude fragments and query parameters except valid Google ad click identifiers when advertising measurement is allowed. Advertising personalisation and enhanced conversions are disabled. Repeated clicks for the same enquiry are deduplicated in the page. A saved enquiry or WhatsApp click is not confirmation that a message was sent or a sale completed. Google processes analytics data under its privacy terms. You can decline measurement and still use this website. Your choice is saved in this browser.
Hosting
The hosting provider may process technical request information to operate and protect the site. Website hosting and owner sign-in are managed by Netlify. The public product website and owner CRM have separate access requirements.
