Disclaimer

1) Mood Lighting

• Press the ‘Lighting’ button to operate the lights in the order set on the LG ThinQ app: 1 → 2 → 3 → Off.

• Time setting is available only for Lighting 1, with start and end settings possible.

• If not set in LG ThinQ, pressing the ‘Lighting’ button will cycle the lights through warm beige, cream white, and pure white, each with 100% illuminance.

2) Dispensing Light

• To disable the Dispensing Light, turn it off via the LG ThinQ app.

3) Alarm Light

• To disable the Alarm Light, turn it off via the LG ThinQ app.

4) Custom Modes

• Water measurement options range from 120 mL to 1000 mL.

• Custom capacity settings can be registered, edited, and deleted using the LG ThinQ™ app.

5) LG ThinQ™

• To use LG ThinQ™ features, download the LG ThinQ app from the Google Play Store (Android OS 7.0 or higher) or Apple App Store (iOS 12.0 or higher).

• Registration and connection to the product are required.

• When first connecting, ensure the LG water purifier and your device are on the same Wi-Fi network. Once connected, the product must remain within the registered Wi-Fi environment.

6) Auto-Sterile

• Product images are for reference only. The actual product may vary.

• High-temperature sterilization of the direct water pipe is limited to the flow path from the filter to the outlet valve.

• The internal piping (from the water outlet to the filter) is made of stainless steel.

• Internal sterilization operates automatically once a week, and the cold-water module is sterilized every four weeks.

• The sterilization process lasts for either 15 minutes or 30 minutes, depending on the cold-water module. Sterilization history can be viewed in the LG ThinQ™ app.

• If high-temperature direct water pipe sterilization is turned off in the app, it will not operate automatically.

• If an abnormality occurs during direct water pipe sterilization, the function may not operate correctly.

• Hot water is discharged during the outlet sterilization process.

• Place a container of at least 300 mL below the outlet to collect hot water.

• Outlet sterilization lasts approximately 10 minutes, and its history can be tracked in the LG ThinQ™ app.

7) 4-Stage All Puri Filter System

• Certified by the Korea Institute for Water Technology Certification (KIWATEC) based on the Drinking Water Management Law. The quality may vary depending on the actual usage environment.

• Heavy metals: Removes mercury, lead, iron, aluminum, copper, arsenic, cadmium, zinc, manganese (above standard levels).

• Removes 19 organic chemicals, 4 pesticides, 1 microorganism, and 4 mandatory water purification performance items (above standard levels).

• The pore size of the UF (ultrafiltration) filter is 0.1-0.3 μm, which removes fine particles and bacteria larger than that size, while passing ionic minerals below that size.

8) UV Sterilization

• UVnano combines UV (ultraviolet) light and nanometer-scale technology.

• The UVnano outlet’s internal sterilization power of 99.99% was tested by KCL (Korea Conformity Laboratories) and KTR (Korea Testing and Research Institute) based on LG’s internal evaluation method for UV LED modules. Results may vary based on the usage environment, such as ambient temperature.

• Test Method: After filling the outlet with test strain preparation water at an ambient temperature of 25±5°C, the reduction of live bacteria was measured before and after 24 hours of UV LED outlet sterilization.

• Test Bacteria: Escherichia coli, Staphylococcus aureus, and Pseudomonas aeruginosa were selected as representative bacteria for evaluating sterilization performance and drinking water quality standards
