LG WashTower 14/10kg vs 25/20kg: Which Model Fits?
Compare two WashTower capacity combinations with the loads you actually wash and dry. Check installation and delivery requirements for each exact model.
LG's WT1410NHB and WT2520NHEGR offer two different wash-and-dry capacity combinations in the WashTower range. Start with the amount of laundry you want to finish and the programmes needed for it.
Then compare the exact appliances with your laundry area and delivery route. The capacity numbers cannot establish the installation fit by themselves.

Separate maximum capacity from your usual load. If you wash smaller groups of clothes often, explain that routine. If bedding is the main reason for considering a larger appliance, identify the particular items and ask about their approved treatment.
Plan what happens after each wash
Write down which clothes go into the dryer and which are normally hung to dry. Ask how to transfer and prepare a load within the selected drying programme's requirements.
Include the busiest laundry day in your comparison. Tell the supplier whether another wash needs to run while drying continues and when clothes need to be ready.
Ask for the expected duration of the programmes you will use. Avoid using a capacity increase as a substitute for checking the complete workflow.
Measure the selected model's installation position

Photograph the water connection, drain, power arrangement and overhead cabinets. Have the installer assess the actual equipment combination and service access.
Keep the upper controls and loading position in the demonstration. Ask the people who will use the appliance to check their reach and comfort with the proposed arrangement.
Assess the delivery route before booking
Send the entrance and lift measurements to the delivery team. Include narrow corridor turns and the route into the laundry area.
Ask for the selected model's packing and handling requirements. Do not assume that a route suitable for the smaller appliance automatically suits the larger one.
Confirm whether old-appliance removal, installation and handover are included in the quotation. Compare care and complete payment terms on the same basis.
